How can I contact you with business inquiries?
For all business inquiries, including collaborations, you can get in touch with me at business@catinoworld.com.
What is your refund/return policy?
Items are final sale. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on shipped items. If you would like to cancel an order contact us right away, as we can only do so before it has shipped. We will issue replacements for any items damaged in transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Orders usually ship out Mondays/Tuesdays each week!
There is something wrong/missing in my order?
Contact us as soon as you notice something is wrong with your order! Make sure to include your order number, details of what is wrong/missing, and pictures of the incorrect item if applicable.
If you notice something is damaged please let us know with 14 days of receiving your package! Make sure to include pictures of the damage, so we can properly assess what happened! Replacements will be issued for items damaged in transit.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, where is it?
Once shipped, orders within the United States usually arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders, depending on your location, usually arrive within 2-6 weeks.
Sometimes shipments are delayed, so please allow a few extra days after the estimation for your order to arrive.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please be sure to double-check your address at checkout, as we cannot make any changes once the order has shipped. If your order has not shipped yet and you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible! Items returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or name will be subject to a reshipment fee at the customer's cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship most anywhere that can receive packages from the United States.
Will I have to pay customs/import taxes or additional fees on arrival?
If your order is being shipped outside the U.S. you may be charged additional import fees and customs when it arrives. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any customs duties, import taxes or additional handling fees that carriers may require at the time of delivery/pick-up.
I never received a confirmation email or tracking number
If you don’t see a confirmation email, be sure to check your spam or promotion folders! These emails sometimes get caught there!
